Staging Your Home to Sell

We know what buyers are looking for and can help you in making decision on what improvements to make and changes to make to make your home the most attractive to buyers. A few tips to get started:

1. Remove clutter! Even if you have to start boxing items up, remove nearly everything from your countertops, inside cabinets and closets, and even weed out some of the furniture you have. The goal is to make your house seem as large and spacious as possible.

2. Paint. Bold paint colors may be in style right now, however the choices of colors used are generally based on personal opinion. It is best to stick to nuetral colors that appease the masses.
